Yoga Foundation courses are designed for all students, including complete beginners, who want a thorough and comprehensive course that focuses on a specific aspect of yoga practice. These yoga beginners classes in London will help you build from the basics of yoga practice to develop strength in body and mind.

 

Hermione will focus on strength building, but make class accessible both to new beginners, and people wanting a challenge to build physical power and intensity. Classes help you connect to the metaphysical benefits of strengthening body, mind and integrity, in your practice and in your life. You will complete the course with a safer sense of how to build your yoga practice from a solid foundation.
