Yoga Foundation Courses
Yoga Foundation Courses are a series of classes that are opportunities for beginners, and more advanced practitioners to delve a bit deeper into an aspect of yoga practice. Themes may be physical – like strength or flexibility – or an element of practice – like pranayama or bandha – or a kind of pose – like backbends or inversions.
You can use these courses to learn a bit more systematically than you would in a drop in class and to deepen your awareness and connection to an aspect of the practice.
